Working on matters
Cooperation partners do not work in isolation. Depending on focus and interest, they can be integrated into ongoing matters.
Working on active cases together with lawyers already practising within the firm can enable:
- peer-level exchange and collaboration,
- a structured transition into a more independent, entrepreneurial set-up,
- a gradual expansion of one’s own client base,
- and, depending on the circumstances, a financial foundation during the initial phase.
Your own matters remain unaffected and are handled independently.
