Gregor Grubhofer is a specialist in international commercial arbitration and litigation.
He acts as party representative and is also often appointed as an arbitrator. He has been involved in numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, subject to a variety of governing substantive and procedural laws, including arbitrations under the ICSID, ICC, Vienna, Swiss, SCC and lesser known rules.
Gregor Grubhofer has considerable experience in contract law and dispute resolution in the fields of engineering, delivery and installation of infrastructure projects, plant and equipment, in particular power stations, hospitals / health care centres, road construction and airports (FIDIC Conditions of Contract), insurance and reinsurance, construction of private projects, production, acquisition of real estate, delivery of raw materials as well as corporate law related disputes (e.g. shareholders’ disputes, post-M&A disputes) and investment disputes.
In addition, Gregor Grubhofer specialises in corporate and commercial laws and advises business of all sizes and in various business sectors in relation to their business transactions and contracts.

After graduating from the University of Vienna and completing a Master's degree at Marmara University in Istanbul with a focus on international law, Gregor Grubhofer worked as a lawyer in the field of corporate law and arbitration law in renowned international law firms in Austria and abroad.
