Expertise and work focus

Andreas Sabadello is an attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt, Vienna, Austria) and registered EU-attorney (reg. EU-advokat, Stockholm, Sweden). Andreas has vast experience in advising and representing both private companies and public corporations in legal errands relating to both public and private law.

• In the course of his career, Andreas has represented numerous clients in hundreds of administrative penal proceedings as well as litigation.
• He advises international businesses in the process of setting up subsidiaries in Austria.
• He has specialized expertise in representing companies within the fields of direct marketing, foodstuffs, life sciences, real estate and transportation.
• He has extensive experience in providing support in product recalls and the enforcement and defence against claims for damages in legally and technically complex matters.
• He advises real estate funds and project developers comprehensively on all real estate issues.
• Andreas Sabadello is a regular lecturer and author on topics of public construction law and food law.

Career

After studying law at the University of Vienna, Andreas Sabadello completed his legal practice in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. His practical training led him from a boutique law firm specialised in public and criminal law to Baker McKenzie. He passed the bar exam with distinction. After several years working in the field of public law and dispute resolution, he set up his own practice in Vienna in 2011. In 2018 he opened an office in Stockholm.
