Erwin Fuchs Joins the Team

Employment law specialist Attorney at Law Mag. Erwin Fuchs is joining Sabadello Legal on 1 May. With decades of experience advising employers on employment law matters, he will support Sabadello Legal’s Austrian and international clients in complex matters. A recognised expert in employment law within corporate groups, he advises, among other things, on the drafting of employment contracts, the implementation of works agreements, and the defence and enforcement of employment law claims before authorities and courts.

With his expertise in data protection law, Erwin Fuchs further strengthens Sabadello Legal’s existing practice in this area.
